Prakash holds a Degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) (Mechanical) from University Malaya, Malaysia. He has a decade of professional experience in the field of Mechanical and Electrical Services in multi-storey projects such as mega-malls, luxury condominiums and 5-Star hotels.
His 11 years in CKP has seen him handling projects in Qatar, UAE, India, Macau, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Australia and Malaysia.
Being the go-to guy when it comes to projects Down Under since 2010, Prakash has had the good fortune of working on numerous high-end restaurant projects at the Crown Perth, some of which are run by celebrity chefs. He oversaw the successful handover of the foodservice facilities of the five-star Crown Towers Perth in 2016, which set a new benchmark in Western Australia.
Other notable projects include the Sezt Restaurant, a multi-cuisine culinary theatre in New Delhi, the Solaire Manila, which at the time of completion was the largest Resort & Casino in the Philippines, and the Sofitel projects in Tanjong Pagar Singapore and Damansara City KL. His on-going high-profile projects are the Ritz Carlton in Perth, the Crown Resort Sydney and the Waldorf Astoria Ithaafushi, Maldives.
Prakash likes char kuay teow, vodka tonic and making omelettes on Sundays.
