CKP was instrumental in creating a prime gastronomic destination for the chain’s ultra-luxury hotel brand debut in Shanghai. We designed facilities for a lounge and rooftop bar and 4 restaurants, including the MARC by celebrated Michelin-starred French chef, Marc Meneau. The all-day-dining restaurant, Cafe Reign, features a spacious and comprehensive open kitchen, offering authentic Shanghai breakfast buffets, exciting a la carte lunches and set-menu dining experiences. The exquisite River Drunk features authentic Huaiyang cuisine and the freshest seafood in the region, while the Japanese restaurant HE offers classical Japanese cuisine with a highlight on custom-made sushi and teppanyaki.
