CKP worked closely with renowned Chef Anthony Tam to design one of Shanghai’s first mindful eating restaurants where a full-time licensed naturopathic doctor collaborates with chefs to ensure the ultimate in health and good taste. As part of the Octave Living Room – an adaptive re-use of an historic structure into a 21,500 sq ft multi-purpose space – the restaurant complements the facility’s commitment to healthy living through its menu selection, cooking techniques and beverage programs. The restaurant was designed by the award-winning architect firm Tsao & McKown, New York.
