Located in Singapore’s civic and cultural district, The Patina, Capitol Singapore is masterful restoration of two historic buildings. We worked side-by-side with world-renowned design firm AvroKO to create ERU, an imaginative take on Peruvian cuisine. The restaurant features an expansive show kitchen along with a one-of-a-kind ceviche & cocktail bar which has set a new standard for fine dining in Singapore.
