As the first outpost in the Middle East for the Asian luxury brand Mandarin Oriental, CKP was called upon to design and develop six f+b venues in collaboration with Design Wilkes and Silverfox Studios.. With the opening of the hotel, six new restaurants and bars have been added to Jumeirah’s dining scene, including Tasca, which serves contemporary Portuguese food from celebrity chef Jose Avillez, and Netsu, a Warayaki-style Japanese steakhouse that’s the brainchild of Nobu-trained chef Ross Shonhan.
For something a bit more casual, Sun Vibe pool bar has a great snack and drinks menu, while the Mandarin Cake Shop has all the cakes and pastries for guests to indulge in.. The Bay is an all-day dining restaurant with endless view overlooking the gulf.
