CKP worked with some of the world’s top chefs and interior designers Michael Fielbrich Design, Blainey North and Red Design to raise the bar for dining in Western Australia. The eclectic array of restaurants range from fine to casual and quick. Star attractions are the Rockpool Bar & Grill by Neil Perry, modern and French classics by Guillaume Brahimi at Bistro Guillaume, and Nobu Matsuhisa’s innovative fusion of traditional Japanese and South American flavours at Nobu. The casino houses WA’s largest banqueting facilities. With 45 chefs and 100 waiters, they can create and deliver up to 6000 meals for a single event.
