The open kitchen is supported from a nearby central kitchen that focuses on culinary excellence. It was meticulously designed through elaborate discissions held with award winning chef Stephen Nairn. It features sous-vide cooking, product drying, smoking and ageing, and other systems and features for enhanced culinary techniques. The kitchen has an integrated one-way product flow system epitomising the latest approach to hygienic design. A French style patisserie kitchen supports the amazing bakery, patisserie and dessert work as evident at Omnia. The central kitchen will also support other restaurants yet to be unveiled at Capital Grand, which is ideally positioned at the corner of Chapel Street and Toorak Street
